💪 This dashboard required a lot of process work behind-the-scenes to combine numerous disparate sources and catch missing or incorrect data.

⚙️️ To build it required automating most of the data pulls through Zapier into Google Sheets where the information was aggregated and basic stats collected for use in Google Data Studio.

😌 The result was a smoother daily process that saved a dozen hours each month and reduced the frequency of human and other errors.

My favorite part about this dashboard was learning that you can use emojis in CASE statements to, for example, show a 💩 emoji next to badly under-performing KPIs! 😂
